- Third Wind just about held on to beat Alaphilippe by a neck at the finish
Third Wind edged out Alaphilippe by a neck to win a thrilling Pertemps Network Final Handicap Hurdle.
There was a stewards enquiry after some interference towards the end of the race but it was decided that there were no alterations to positions.
Winter Fog was joint favourite with Alaphilippe but finished in fourth after moving up with a couple of hurdles to go.
