Mattingly (Bucchero) kept him honest with a pair of rivals right behind but coming off the turn, the 10-1 shot had another gear and only widened his winning margin close to the wire. With the win, No Nay Mets has earned an automatic start into one of six 2-year-old races at this year’s Royal Ascot meet happening from Jun. 20-24.
