GSW Mo Mosa (Uncle Mo) has been purchased to enter stud at Jamaica’s Paradise Farms at Spring Village in a deal brokered by Chad Schumer of Schumer Bloodstock.
A homebred for Perry Martin and his late wife Denise, Mo Mosa retired with a record of 22-4-4-3 and earnings of almost $500,000.
“We’ve been looking for a long time for another stallion,” said Chad Schumer. “Uncle Mo is an absolute sensation as a sire of sires. Mo Mosa is a graded-stakes winner from a nice family, and he’s beautiful. I’m delighted to buy him.”
Mo Mosa will stand alongside GSW Bern Identity at Paradise Farm.
