A 2-year-old filly by Havana Grey (GB) and two other wildcards have been added to the Tattersalls Guineas Breeze-Up and Horses-in-Training Sale which will be held on May 4.
From Yeomanstown Stud, lot 356 is out of Prezzie (GB) and is from the extended family of G1 Gran Criterium winner Hearts Of Fire (GB) (Firebreak {GB}). Joining her is a colt by first-season sire Ten Sovereigns (Ire) from Diego Dias Bloodstock. Offered as lot 357, the son Leala (Ire) (Montjeu {Ire}) is a half-brother to GI Breeders’ Cup Turf Sprint hero Obviously (Ire) (Choisir {Aus}). The pair were both catalogued for the Tattersalls Craven Breeze-Up Sale and as such are eligible for the £250,000 Tattersalls Craven Royal Ascot/Group 1 Bonus as well as the £15,000 Tattersalls Craven Breeze Up Bonus.
Rounding out the trio is Kilbrew Stables’ lot 154A, Empty Metaphor (Ire) (James Garfield {Ire}). The 3-year-old colt is a winner and has placed fourth in the G3 Leopardstown 2000 Guineas Trial earlier this season.
Breezes will be held over the Rowley Mile in Newmarket on Wednesday, May 3 beginning at 9 a.m. The sale will begin the day after at 9:30 a.m. For the full catalogue, please visit the Tattersalls website.
