2.10 Ascot: GOODWOOD ODYSSEY appeared to benefit from soft ground and the application of blinkers when winning over today’s distance at Goodwood two weeks ago. He can strike again today.
2.25 Haydock: DIVINE COMEDY has won on her two previous visits to Haydock by a combined distance of over
15 lengths. She is fancied to extend her unbeaten record at the track.
3.35 Haydock: ELITE STATUS (NAP) was a smart juvenile and has now won both starts this season in impressive style. He was forced to miss the Commonwealth Cup but can land Group One honours here.
REBEL PRIMED TO STRIKE ON FAMILIAR TERRITORY

REBEL TERRITORY (Ascot, 1.35, nap) made an decent comeback at Goodwood a fortnight ago and he should relish a return to softer ground and a straight track. He was well suited by the drop to seven furlongs when winning both his runs last season — including the Victoria Cup at Ascot — and was entitled to get tired late on last time out. The gelding holds strong claims off a 1lb lower mark.
The Karl Burke-trained duo ELITE STATUS (Haydock, 3.35, nb) and Swingalong look sure to go well in the Sprint Cup. The former has won two out of two this season, including in an above-par Hackwood Stakes last time. He deserves another chance at Group One level. The same goes for Swingalong, a runner-up on her latest two starts at Group One level, and she can hit the frame once again.
