Among these are 47 lots from Ballydoyle Racing which includes the stakes winning filly Elizabeth Browning (Ire) (Galileo {Ire}). Catalogued as lot 247 the 3-year-old won the G2 Kilboy Estate S. at The Curragh on her last start in July and her breeding value is amplified by being a full-sister to Group 1 winner Johannes Vermeer (Ire).

Elizabeth Browning could be joined by several stakes winning stable-mates including Painted Cliffs (Ire) (Canford Cliffs {Ire}), (lot 116) Whitecliffsofdover (War Front) (lot 656) and Peace Envoy (Fr) (Power {GB}) (lot 646) in addition to numerous unexposed well bred youngsters from the Aidan O’Brien team.

In total there are 130 group and listed performers catalogued at Tattersalls including The Queen’s Fabricate (GB) (Makfi {GB}), winner of the G3 Winter Hill S. at Windsor last month and catalogued as lot 334 and Qatar Racing’s True Valour (Ire) (Kodiac {GB}), offered through Jamie Railton as lot 1081. Last year’s sale topper Harlem (GB) (Champs Elysees {GB}) recently justified his 525,000 gns pricetag when winning the G3 Foundation Cup at Caulfield for trainers David and Ben Hayes and Tom Dabernig and Harlem’s vendor Juddmonte Farms are represented by 33 lots in next month’s sale. Among the draft is the 3-year-old Monarch’s Glen (GB) (Frankel {GB}) (lot 1086), who advertised his class and potential when winning the Listed Foundation S. at Goodwood on Wednesday.

Commenting on the release, Tattersalls Chairman Edmond Mahony said, “The 2017 Autumn Horses in Training catalogue is not only the largest ever, but it is also a catalogue of real quality and diversity. The key to the consistent appeal of this unique sale is that it produces Group 1 winners on the global stage and Grade 1 winners at the Cheltenham Festival in equal measure. The Autumn Horses in Training Sale caters to pretty well every possible requirement of buyers, both Flat and National Hunt, which is why it annually attracts buyers from every continent in the world.”
